After doing some investigating on her own, Sydney (Jennifer Garner) pieces together Jack's (Victor Garber's) role in her mother's death and is convinced that he caused the death of her mother twenty years ago.
Francie's (Merrin Dungey’s) guy (guest star Evan Dexter Parke) explains his sneaking around with another woman. Francie is relieved to learn that Charlie is not having an affair with Rachel, but questions his true intentions.
